The Aquael Ultramax Gasket Set is intended for external filters AquaEl UltraMax 1000, 1500 and 2000. The presented set consists of two seals. The former serves to protect the device head, while the latter protects the prefilter against leakage. The seals are made of high quality durable rubber. They are perfectly matched to the filter structure, allow quick and easy replacement and ensure perfect tightness. A seal located in a groove prepared for this purpose remains in place and securely connects the device structure.
Regular replacement of seals in external filters is extremely important. It affects not only the comfort of use, but also the safety of us and our apartment. High-efficiency filters such as the Aquael Ultramax pump thousands of liters per hour, so any leakage can have unpleasant consequences.
Gaskets should be replaced immediately upon detection of even a small leak and in case of visible wear of the gasket.
The replacement is very simple and will not cause any problem. It does not require the use of specialized tools, additional glue or the need to completely dismantle the filter.
